Overview:

Sustainability has become a critical focus within the healthcare industry as organizations recognize the importance of balancing the delivery of quality care with the preservation of environmental, social, and economic well-being especially that the Climate change challenge is a growing health threat around the world.

All Healthcare Leaders and Hospitals must play a dynamic role in leading Healthcare towards sustainability by implementing strategies and practices that minimize the risk, support the SDGs and ensure long-term viability.

The design of eco-friendly, energy-efficient, and green construction projects is gaining care especially in the hospitals field. The "Green Hospital" concept leads the healthcare facilities to redefine how these facilities are built to protect the environment while saving human lives.

Digital transformation offers significant opportunities to promote sustainability in healthcare organizations while enhancing operational efficiency and improving patient care.

Many questions in this panel will be addressed to experts from different Arab countries such UAE, Egypt, Lebanon as we are all committed to contribute to save our planet and to encourage our Healthcare facilities to confront the challenge and to spread the Awareness and the culture of Healthcare sustainability in the Arab world.
