In an ever-evolving world, the healthcare industry stands at the forefront of significant challenges and opportunities. As we look toward the future, three key pillars emerge as crucial drivers of change in leading tomorrow's healthcare: sustainability, transformation, and collaboration.

During this session, the chairman of the Executive office of the Council of Arab Health ministers- Minister of Health and Population in Egypt along with the Vice Chairman - Minister of Health in Bahrain and in the presence of the Minister of Health of Kuwait, in addition to other healthcare leaders will engage in discussions on how to Build Sustainable Healthcare Systems Resilient and Adaptable to Future Challenges.
Furthermore, the leaders will discuss effective leadership strategies to address future challenges and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to citizens.
Leaders must possess a combination of vision, adaptability, empowerment, ethical decision-making, collaboration, in addition to explore the transformative potential of public-private partnerships in healthcare delivery.
Lastly, they will discuss the importance of investments in the healthcare sector and the challenges faced by investors.

In this session, we will delve into the critical topic of "Leading Health for All" and explore the challenges and successes faced by Lebanon, a country that has confronted numerous crises. We will have the honor of hearing from the Minister of Health in Lebanon, who will share their experience and the strategies implemented to ensure equitable access to healthcare services, even in the face of adversity.

While commitments to this goal are essential, the true impact lies in translating those commitments into meaningful actions. In this panel discussion, Health Minister from Jordan, along with other reputable experts from various healthcare organizations, will address the key actions required to transform commitments into tangible results. Our speakers will share their perspectives on how effective leadership can demonstrate commitment and drive positive change in the healthcare sector.

They will also discuss the efforts undertaken to integrate health promotion and disease prevention into the healthcare system, aiming to reduce the burden of preventable illnesses and enhance overall community well-being.
Through strong commitment and visionary leadership, these leaders will emphasize the need to prioritize and advocate for universal access to healthcare. They will discuss strategies for strengthening healthcare systems to ensure efficient and equitable provision of healthcare services. This includes addressing issues such as healthcare infrastructure, workforce capacity, financing mechanisms, service delivery, and health promotion and disease prevention. Additionally, the panelists will underscore the significance of maintaining the health and safety of all communities and will emphasize the need for healthcare systems to be adaptable and resilient.

They will explore the steps being taken to strengthen primary healthcare systems, laying the foundation for comprehensive and accessible healthcare services for the entire population. The discussions will draw upon successful initiatives and best practices that can inspire and guide other countries in their pursuit of "Health for All."

Fostering collaboration between public and private healthcare entities will be a central theme, as the panel highlights the collective work needed to achieve the goal of "Health for All." Sustainability has become a critical focus within the healthcare industry as organizations recognize the importance of balancing the delivery of quality care with the preservation of environmental, social, and economic well-being especially that the Climate change challenge is a growing health threat around the world.

All Healthcare Leaders and Hospitals must play a dynamic role in leading Healthcare towards sustainability by implementing strategies and practices that minimize the risk, support the SDGs and ensure long-term viability.

The design of eco-friendly, energy-efficient, and green construction projects is gaining care especially in the hospitals field. The "Green Hospital" concept leads the healthcare facilities to redefine how these facilities are built to protect the environment while saving human lives.

Digital transformation offers significant opportunities to promote sustainability in healthcare organizations while enhancing operational efficiency and improving patient care.

Many questions in this panel will be addressed to experts from different Arab countries such UAE, Egypt, Lebanon as we are all committed to contribute to save our planet and to encourage our Healthcare facilities to confront the challenge and to spread the Awareness and the culture of Healthcare sustainability in the Arab world.
