Na’am Jamshed is the Head of Government Affairs and Policy for Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) at Johnson & Johnson. With over 23 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Na’am is a seasoned professional known for her expertise in shaping healthcare policy and driving strategic Public-Private Partnerships. She co-leads the global Healthcare System Resilience business platform, collaborating with a group of global health policy experts to advance sustainable healthcare systems and ensure their resilience.
Na’am holds a Master of Science degree in Pharmaceutical Services and Medicine Control from the University of Bradford, United Kingdom, and is a passionate advocate for women’s leadership, having been named one of the “50 Middle East’s Most Inspirational Women in Leadership” on the 2023 Break the ceiling touch the sky® list.
In her current role, Na’am oversees Emerging Markets, including the Middle East, Africa, Russia, CIS, Turkey, and the African Continent. She represents Johnson & Johnson to government officials, regulators, payers, trade partners, and industry associations, shaping healthcare policy and fostering strategic partnerships.
