HE. Dr. Ahmed Elsobky

Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky is a physician with a unique hybrid experience in both clinical and managerial aspects. He’s originally a radiologist with a Medical Doctorate MD degree in Diagnostic Radiology from Menoufia University.
Dr. Ahmed also has a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from ESLSCA University and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the American University in Cairo. He also earned the Egyptian Fellowship degree in healthcare management. Dr. Ahmed is a graduate of the 1st batches of Egypt’s presidential leadership program PLP and the executive presidential leadership program EPLP. He’s currently preparing a Master’s degree in Clinical Services Operations at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Ahmed is currently the Egyptian Minister of Health and Population’s Assistant for Monitoring and Follow-up affairs and the Project Manager for Universal Health Insurance National Project as well as being the chairman of Egypt Healthcare Authority since its launch
