Dr. Al-Rabbaa obtained his bachelor’s in sciences degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from the University of Balamand in 1999; followed by a master’s degree in public health with concentration on Health Services Administration from the American University of Beirut in 2001.
Subsequently, and in 2013, Dr. Al-Rabbaa obtained an Executive master’s degree in business administration from the Lebanese American University. Followed by Doctorate degree in Business Administration with a focus on hospital organizational development, change and improvements, at Jean Moulin University, Lyon 3, in France.
Dr. Al-Rabbaa has a solid experience in Leadership and healthcare consultancy and management. He assumed the responsibility of a Managing Director and CEO of multiple healthcare institutions. Currently he is the CEO of Lebanese American University Medical Center-St. John’s Hospital.
He is as well, a member of the Arab Hospital Federation Executive Committee as well as part of multiple organizations and NGO.
During his career, Dr. Al-Rabbaa obtained several certifications in the fields of Leadership, healthcare organizational change and development, strategic planning, human resources, financial management, as well as quality management and accreditation programs. He co-authored a book on quality management, in addition to publishing several research articles on the subject.
