John Rayner is a Digital Health Strategist, for Europe, Middle East and Africa at HIMSS Analytics and is primarily responsible for the HIMSS Maturity Models and the use thereof. After 36 years in England’s National Health Service (NHS), as a clinician, general manager and CIO John joined HIMSS in 2015.
